  2. Now add a pinch of baking powder, carrot, cabbage, coriander and 3 tbsp of water mix well, the batter should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.
  3. Heat a pan and pour some oil in the pan. Take a laddle full of pancake mix and pour it on the pan. once firm you can flip the pancake. It will take 5-7 minutes to cook pancakes from both the sides till it gets a beautiful golden brown colour from both sides.
  4. Savoury Cabbage pancakes are ready. Garnish it with mayonnaise, spring onions and paprika powder or like I did with sriracha sauce.
