- 1 cup rava /suji

- 10 cashews
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 2 pinch safforn
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- For coconut chutney
- 1 tbsp chana daal
- 1 cup grated coconut
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp tamarind water
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 red whole chilli
- For dosa/idli
- 3 cup rice
- 1 cup urad daal
- 1 tbsp methi dana
- For sambhar
- 1/2 cup toor daal
- 1 med carrot
- 1 med onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 small brinjal
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp sambhar masala
- 2 red whole chilli
- 1tsp oil
- 1/2 cup tamarind water
Steps to make to make South indian emoji brunch
- Firstly heat the 2tbsp ghee in pan and roast cashews and raisins on low flame.
- Once it done take them out and in the same pan roast rava. Roast on low flame till it turns out aromatic.
- Now in a pan boil water and this boiled water add in roasted rava and mix such that no lumps form and rava absorbs water completely.
- Then add sugar mix completely and then add safforn water (safforn mix in 2tbsp warm water) and cardamom powder and add 3 tbsp ghee.
- Make sure it mix well and no lumps will form.
- Cover and simmer for 2min on low flame and lastly add roasted dry fruits.
- Mix well and serve you dish
- Now we will make coconut chutney.
- Roast the chana daal and then grind daal and coconut in grinder and make smooth mixture,add water if required
- Pour it in bowl and mix salt and tamarind water.
- Now make the tadka of mustard seed and red chilli in oil and pour onto it.chutney is ready
- For dosa batter soak rice,daal and methi daana overnight.
- In the morning grind it smoothly and put it in warm place for fermentation for like 10-12 hours.
- Once it ferment you can use it for making dosa,idli or uttapam.
- Now we will make sambhar.
- Add daal and all veggies in a cooker with salt and turmeric powder and take 4-5 whistle. (You can add any veggies if your choice)
- Once it settle down we add tamarind water.
- Now take a tadka pan. Heat the oil and put mustard seeds,red chilli, sambhar powder and put tadka in the sambhar and boil till desired consistency. (You can adjust masala acc to your taste again)
- Once it boil it's ready to serve
