In pan take mustard oil, add ginger garlic along green chillies and cook till it is pink add sliced onions, tomatoes sliced (remove the inside part of tomatoes) capsicum and cook it nicely add all dry masalas along sauces cook it for a while and add little water then add ghiya manchurian balls in it serve with rice or noddles as you like
